About
Hello, my name is Judson Lassiter from Lake Charles, Louisiana. I am a 55-year-old nationwide electrical construction superintendent, internet marketer, and birdwatcher. I have been working on a project in Frederick, Maryland for the last year and a half. I am currently burning fat using Tom Venuto’s “Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle” system, and I’ve lost 45 pounds in the last 4 months. I also feel much better and have more energy due to eating a much healthier diet and getting regular exercise.
My home in Louisiana consists of my wife of 33 years, Peggy, my daughter Renee, 12-year-old grandson Brandyn, and 83-year-old Dad, Judson Sr. My oldest son, Thomas, is working with me in Maryland. His wife Mary and 7-year-old son Tommy, are currently staying in a travel trailer in my yard, but they are in the process of buying a very nice house SW of Lake Charles.
Our home, btw, is 10 miles south of Lake Charles, so we got hit pretty hard by Hurricanes Rita and Gustov, mostly flooding from the river. Lake Charles hadn’t been hit with a major storm in fifty years before those two, so I hope it will be another 50 before it happens again!
Southwest Louisiana consists of both salt and fresh water lakes and marshes, several rivers and intercoastal waterways, sugar cane fields and rice patties. This makes is an excellent location for fishing and birdwatching.
A good friend of mine, Donna Bessken, has a wonderful birding blog. You can visit it at http://www.birdsight.com.
For more information about weight loss and nutrition, you can sign up for my newsletter at http://burnthatfatnow.com. It starts off with a 3-part mini-course called “Ab Solutions” by Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle author, Tom Venuto.
The purpose of this blog is to help people learn more about weight loss and nutrition. Many people are unaware that the foods that eat everyday are often unnatural and unhealthy. Deep fried foods, in particular, can be deadly. We will try to present you with information that you can use to design a diet of delicious, natural foods that will keep you fit and healthy, while presenting workable methods of burning fat while maintaining muscle integrity. One of the main themes that we want to get across is that starving to lose weight is a bad idea! It is actually counterproductive, as it slows your metabolism, decreases your energy and immunity to disease, and makes you miserable. No one is going to stick to that kind of diet for long! There is a much better way to reach your weight and fitness goals.
Thanks for visiting my blog. Feel free to leave comments. Linkbacks are allowed as long as you use some common sense and don’t get spammy with it.
