My New Healthier Of Eating

After reading several reports and e-books about burning fat, I saw that I would have to change my eating habits in order feel better, have more energy and burn fat. Without going into a lot of technical stuff, I want to record here what I eat every day now and briefly, why. My diet is for basic weight loss at this point and is not nearly as rigid as it would be if I was trying to get “ripped abs”, or trying to be a bodybuilder. I lose  two to two and a half pounds of fat every week on this regimen.
